Subtitle: the malacological diaries of giuseppe giulio battaglia & silvana bertoli battaglia vol. 3 – photo-search of gastropods in the south oman

Author: giuseppe giulio battaglia – silvana bertoli battaglia

Publisher: youcanprint

ISBN: 9791220331180

From the words of the authors: The journey across seas and oceans in search of sea shells to photograph continues. After the two photographic diaries Seashells of Lanzarote and Seashells of Las Perlas, it is the turn of the one on the Dhofar’s seashells (Oman). Our intent is not to promote the knowledge of molluscs and their shells (for this reason there are already several more complete and highly scientific publications), but to enhance their beauty through the production of high resolution images with an extreme attention to detail and offer the certainty of the places in which they live.

We hope that also this work will achieve the goal. But our malacological journey certainly does not stop here. Many other photographic diaries will accompany you in the fantastic world of sea shells!

With the collaboration of Marco Sola, Gianpietro Gariani and Fabien Goutal.
