Static wooden model with fabric sails reproducing the Columbia, a former J-Class America’s Cup champion. Columbia was an American racing yacht designed and built in 1899 by Nathanael Herreshoff. She was the first vessel to win the trophy twice in a row; this record remained unmatched until Intrepid‘s consecutive victories in 1967 and 1970.
