With these spectacular images, Giovanni Soldini traces the exploits of this decade long sporting association with Maserati. Together they pioneered new approaches to offshore sailing and developed two boats: The monohull Maserati VOR70 and the trimaran Maserati Multi70.

From early studies and tests on foiling trim, then at sea with record-breaking victories and a few bitter defeats, the alliance between Soldini and Maserati went beyond the limits, converting the trimaran into the first fully electric foiling multihull: a major ecological and technological achievment that required a great deal of effort to find the proper balance between self-sufficiency and performance.
