The J-Class identified a category of large racing yachts built in the 1930s according to the Universal Rule developed by Nathanael Herreshoff in 1903. Intended for a select circle of wealthy owners with a deep passion for sailing, these vessels became emblems of both elegance and competition, protagonists of the America’s Cup editions of that era.
