140 sides** small** lined **notebook** in *Ecogreen* paper **spiral bound**. *Ecogreen* is an 80 grams paper Made in Europe, made with **100% recycled fibres**, produced without the use of chlorine and optical brighteners. Given its relaxing **white/grey color** and **low transparency**, it is particularly suitable for writing. **The cover**, however, is made of *EcoAvana*, a **100% ecological** 350 grams **cardboard**, thanks to the** recycling of packaging boxes** from which it takes its characteristic colour. *EcoAvana *is **Made in Italy** and the manufacturer is **FSC certified**.
