From the introduction: This is a Pilot Book (i. e. guides the passage) presented in a way to simplify the information and replace the heavy, encycloppaedia-like presentation of traditional pilot books with the use of illustrations and short texts.

For the present work nautical charts of the Hydrographical Service of the Hellenic Navy were used.

The charts in this book have been enriched with add-on info, mainly collected from the local fishermen communities. The port plans, the bays, the photographs and the information have been designed and placed by the authors, so that the Seaguide composes an essential nautical aid.
